Ashrie's Turning Two!

Our unica hija is turning two and we’re all out to give her a second birthday party. Our objective is to ensure that this gathering is different from her first birthday party and that the guests (especially the little ones) will have a blast. So, we have decided to bring it outdoors for a change. And better yet, make it a kids’ water play party!

This year’s event is entitled Ashrie’s 2nd Birthday Bash. The venue is at the Lower Seletar Reservoir Park’s Family Bay/Water Play Area. We got the park usage permit from NParks to organize our event as early as last week. A private Facebook event page was also created and the official invitation is already being sent to selected guests.

Our invite, of pink and green dictates the color theme of the party.

Right now, we are in the process of doing little whatnots while still looking for inspirations for the final design. The web is a very good resource but a good ol’ book (or lots of it) can be a wellspring of creative ideas to get us started.
